1. Using this website
This website provides information about Create Digi’s website design services. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security, submit harmful content or misuse the enquiry form.
2. Free personalised concepts
An initial personalised website concept is offered without charge and with no obligation to purchase. It is not a completed production website. A demo does not itself create an agreement for a full build or grant a licence to publish the concept.
3. Pricing and agreed scope
The standard Create Digi Website Package starts at £999.99 as a one-off payment for the agreed design and build with up to five agreed pages. Additional requirements may change the quote. Scope, price, payment terms and timeline will be confirmed in writing before the full build starts.
Domain registration, ongoing hosting, paid integrations, third-party subscriptions and additional work are separate unless explicitly included in the written quote. There is no compulsory Create Digi monthly maintenance subscription.
[CONFIRM VAT treatment and ensure the written quotation clearly states the total price and any applicable taxes.]
4. Revisions and launch
The standard package includes one agreed pre-launch revision round and a seven-day period after launch for reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Defects and legal obligations are handled in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law. Additional work and ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately.
Launch takes place after the agreed website is completed and tested and payment and launch requirements have been satisfied.
5. Ownership and handover
The written project agreement explains rights to content, design and code and handover after full payment. Source-code handover or backup options depend on the chosen technical setup and third-party dependencies. Third-party software, assets and services may have separate licence terms.
6. Concept portfolio
Portfolio examples are fictional concept designs and not completed projects for paying clients. Business names, images and mockup information are illustrative. They are not evidence of customer results, testimonials or endorsements.
7. Information and third-party services
We aim to keep service information accurate, but availability and requirements must be confirmed for each project. We do not guarantee leads, revenue or specific commercial outcomes. Third-party platforms and linked websites operate under their own terms.
8. Legal rights and project disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payment, cancellation, dispute handling and any applicable consumer rights must be clearly addressed in the project agreement.
[LEGAL REVIEW: confirm the relevant UK jurisdiction, governing law, dispute provisions and consumer cancellation rights where applicable. Do not publish unreviewed exclusions.]
9. Privacy and contact
See the Privacy Policy for details about enquiry information. For questions, use the completed business contact information above or the enquiry form.
